Gorman-Rupp 10 Series pumps are suitable for a range of solids handling duties, including wastewater, effluent and blood at animal process plants to re-use water at concrete batch plants. They have been delivering excellent service to industry since 1946, with their large removable cover-plate and thick vaned impellers being popular with operators. They are also available in materials of construction [SS316 or CD4MCuN], making them suitable for brine or chemical pumping applications.

The Gorman-Rupp VG and VGH Series range of standard centrifugal pumps come in two styles. A general purpose style (VG) for clean liquids and a heavy duty style (VGH) for clean petroleum fluids as well as dirty water and mild abrasives.

The VG centrifugal pump has a cast iron casing and impeller, whereas the VGH centrifugal pump has a ductile iron casing, cast iron impeller with replaceable iron wear rings and a tungsten carbide/silicon carbide cartridge type mechanical seal with fluorocarbon elastomers.

The Gorman-Rupp D Series range of mechanical diaphragm pumps are designed to pump sludge, slurry, mud and other heavy liquids. Both models (3D and 4D) are self-priming sludge pumps and available as “bare shaft” diaphragm pumps or mounted with electric motors.

The Gorman-Rupp ES 6×6 above ground sewage pump station is a fully customizable, compact, pre-engineered package that comes to site with only power and piping connection required. Sits on a 2.1m x 2.1m footprint.

Stations are equipped with two Super T Series® pumps [T2, T3, T4, or T6] or two Ultra V Series® pumps [V3A or V3B]. They fit inside a neat, low-silhouette fiberglass cover that blends with its surroundings, with four colours to choose from, or seven different 3M™ vinyl wraps.
All pumps are available with Gorman-Rupp’s “Eradicator Solids Management System®” to handle stringy materials such as rags, matted hair and wet wipes.
