Also with a long history, dating back to 1927, EDUR engineers design high quality specialist pumps for niche applications. One of these is their line of LPG pumps. EDUR do not stock pumps, as each pump is built to customer requirements from components they hold in inventory. This way, customers get the right solution every time.

Roto-Prime Pumps

Roto-Prime priming assisted centrifugal pumps are specifically designed for pumping petroleum products, petrochemicals and solvents. Roto-Prime pumps are actually two pumps in one. A variable capacity vane pump, which quickly and automatically evacuates air and vapour, making the pump ideal for loading and off-loading transports and stripping hoses. It then has a standard centrifugal pump to efficiently move the liquid.

Whenever air or vapour is present at the start of the pumping operation, or when there is a loss of suction because of air or vapour during pumping, the priming pump automatically moves air and vapour from the suction line to the discharge line.

These pumps are available in 3”, 4” and 5” sizes, in single or double volute, and in ductile iron or cast steel construction. They can produce flows to 90 L/s at heads to 118m.

80 Series Pumps

Gorman-Rupp 80 Series heavy-duty pumps are designed for non-stop workloads. The straight-in suction design of these high-efficiency pumps guarantees positive self-priming and allows operation at higher suction levels than most other self-priming centrifugal pumps.

Liquid enters directly into the impeller eye. A suction check valve prevents in-line return flow when the pump is shut off, and because 80 Series pumps have few moving parts, maintenance is minimal. 80 Series pumps are standard with self-lubricated mechanical shaft seals and gasketing are available to assure compatibility to the product being pumped.

They are available in sizes 1 ¼” though to 6”, with flows to 100 L/s and heads to 60 metres.
80 Series pumps are also able to be coupled to small engines and called “Shield-A-Spark”. These pumps are designed to handle volatile fluids, with the gasoline engine version being UL approved.

0 Series Pumps

Gorman-Rupp 0 Series self-priming fuel pumps are high efficiency, closed impeller pumps. They are available as standard bare shaft pumps, but also as purpose designed units for use on aircraft re-fuelling vehicles.

Aircraft refuellers are available in three versions. Power take-off, two-step gearbox drive, and heavy-duty split shaft units.

Power take-off units are available in 2” and 3” sizes, with flows to 24 L/s and heads to 130 metres. Two-step gearbox units are available in 6” and 8” sizes, with maximum flow of 120 L/s and maximum head of 135 metres. The split-shaft units are available in 4” and 6” sizes, with maximum flow of 58 L/s and maximum head of 150 metres.

EDUR NH Series LPG Transfer Pumps

EDUR NH Series liquefied gas pumps are high-performance pumps for applications with significant differential pressures. They offer flows to 47 L/s, maximum discharge pressure of 21.6 bar, and a maximum operating pressure of 40 bar. Advantages of these pumps are as follows:-

Gorman-Rupp VG and VGH Pumps

Gorman-Rupp VG and VGH Series pumps are high-efficiency standard [end-suction] centrifugal pumps. VG Series are general purpose pumps used for handling clean fluids. They are available in cast iron construction and are suitable for a variety of duties.

VGH Series are heavy-duty pumps used on a variety of applications, including fuels, fuel oils, and ethanol [with special seals]. The pumps have ductile iron casings, cast iron impellers with replaceable iron wear rings, and tungsten carbide/ silicon carbide cartridge mechanical seals with fluorocarbon elastomers.

Pumps are available in sizes 1 ¼” through to 8”, with flows to 290 L/s and heads to 146 metres.
