The Gorman-Rupp Super T Series pump with Eradicator™ Solids Management System are a series of self-priming centrifugal pumps designed specifically for handling municipal and industrial wastewater containing stringy, difficult-to-pump, solids in suspension (such as wet wipes, rags and feathers).

They have been designed for economical, trouble-free operation, with design features that deliver superior solids handling capability and a large inspection cover to access pump internals for service or blockage removal. Gorman-Rupp Super T Series wastewater and sewage pumps have been used for pumping of WAS and RAS and for digester recirculation with great success in wastewater treatment plants around the country, as well as food process plants, paper mills and other heavy industries. The Eradicator™ system advances the solids handling capabilities of this range.

Gorman-Rupp T Series and Super T Series self-priming centrifugal pumps have been successfully pumping municipal and industrial wastewater for over 5 decades. Over the past few years, with the introduction of wet-wipes and higher safety standards, the need for “choke-free” pumping has led to the development of pumps able to handle wipes, rags, rope, undigested hay and other stringy materials better.
Introducing the Eradicator Plus, for those extreme-duty applications where debris like trash bags, wipes, mop heads, rags, hair, industrial by-products, and agricultural wastes are present. Specifically engineered for cutting and tearing organic solids that enter the pump, the Eradicator Plus is Gorman-Rupp’s most aggressive solids-handling pump.
The Eradicator Plus is equipped with a continuous vane impeller in hardened iron, and an extra-thick G-R Hard Iron wearplate which is equipped with an oversized lacerating tooth that is designed to cut and shred organic solids before they enter the interior of the pump.

The Gorman-Rupp Ultra V Series is the most advanced self-priming centrifugal wastewater and sewage pump range on the market today.

They are high performance, high head, and high-efficiency pumps, designed to deliver a long and low maintenance service life, with a low cost of ownership.

The Ultra V Series is Gorman-Rupp’s higher pressure self-priming dewatering pump. These engine driven pumps are direct coupled to diesel engines through flexible flywheel couplings to ensure perfect alignment between pump and engine. These are mounted onto our “engitank” platform. This platform includes an extra heavy duty fuel tank base with a 450 litre capacity, lifting points on 4 corners, fork lift pockets, and a central lifting frame. A sheet-metal roof is provided to help protect the engine from the elements.

The Gorman-Rupp SludgeKat is a hydraulically driven sludge and slurry pump driven by a 30kW Kohler diesel engine. It has been built to tackle the toughest sludge and slurry applications, allowing for the easy passage of impurities and spherical solids up to 61mm diameter.

It is self-priming and can operate on suction lifts to 6.4m [S.G. 1.0 liquids], can produce flows to 14 litres per second and pressures to 118 metres.

Gorman-Rupp engine driven pumps can be mounted into acoustically rated enclosures when pumps are operating close to noise sensitive areas, like residential premises. Super T Series, Ultra V Series and PAH Series pumps can all be mounted into these enclosures, and can be supplied as portable skid or trailer mounted, or supplied for fixed installations [like permanent emergency sewage bypass pumps].

Enclosures are rated 70dB(A) as standard, but can be built to accommodate lower ratings where necessary. They can also be fitted with trickle chargers or solar panels to keep batteries charged and ready for action.

Ragazzini Peristaltic Pumps are the ideal design for pumping wine and wine products. They consist of an elastomeric tube that is squeezed slowly along its length by rollers that push the fluid contained within. This creates the most gentle pumping action of any pump, so that grapes, skins, seeds and stems do not get damaged during pumping.
