The Gorman-Rupp O Series pumps were originally designed for handling petroleum products. Later, O Series pumps were introduced into the industrial market for effective handling of solvents and similar liquids, as well as excellent clean liquids handling. The straight-in-suction design without a check valve eliminated entrance restrictions provides quick, reliable self-priming with few moving parts offering saving through minimal maintenance and increased efficiency. The O Series has a variety of seal configurations to choose from allowing it to handle a number of different liquids.

The Gorman-Rupp Super T Series pump with Eradicator™ Solids Management System are a series of self-priming centrifugal pumps designed specifically for handling municipal and industrial wastewater containing stringy, difficult-to-pump, solids in suspension (such as wet wipes, rags and feathers).

They have been designed for economical, trouble-free operation, with design features that deliver superior solids handling capability and a large inspection cover to access pump internals for service or blockage removal. Ragazzini Peristaltic Pump are at the cutting edge of  “Hose Pump” design and have the features to make pumping easier. 6500 Series® end suction centrifugal pumps are based on the proven technology of Gorman-Rupp’s Prime Aire® and Prime Aire Plus® priming-assisted pump models. The Gorman-Rupp VG and VGH Series range of standard centrifugal pumps come in two styles. A general purpose style (VG) for clean liquids and a heavy duty style (VGH) for clean petroleum fluids as well as dirty water and mild abrasives.

The VG centrifugal pump has a cast iron casing and impeller, whereas the VGH centrifugal pump has a ductile iron casing, cast iron impeller with replaceable iron wear rings and a tungsten carbide/silicon carbide cartridge type mechanical seal with fluorocarbon elastomers.

These engine driven pumps are direct coupled to diesel engines through flexible flywheel couplings to ensure perfect alignment between pump and engine. These are mounted onto our “engitank” platform. The Gorman-Rupp ES Base Mounted pump stations are pre-engineered packaged units with one, two or more sewage pumps, motors, all valves, and interconnecting piping and can be supplied with or without controls and liquid level control systems.

The pumps in the station can either be Gorman-Rupp’s Super T or Ultra V Series  pumps. Flows to 250 l/s for a single pump can be achieved, and this can be expanded with self priming pumps, because only the suction line needs to be in the wet well [not whole pumps], so that 3 or more pumps can be utilised. The Gorman-Rupp ES 200×200 is a low profile packaged pump station with a specially designed fibreglass enclosure that is perfectly adapted to house all of the mechanical and electrical equipment for the complete station. The (two) sewage pumps in the station can either be Gorman-Rupp’s Super T or Ultra V Series sewage pumps.

The interior layout of the enclosures is designed to facilitate any service work that needs to be done on the sewape pumps or valves. Flows to 75 l/s for a single pump can be achieved, while the station sits on a footprint of 2.1m x 2.1m.
