DAF Pumps

EDUR DAF pumps can remove much of the complications normally associated with DAF systems. With a DAF pump, you don’t need a compressor or air saturation [pressure] vessel. This removes the need for yearly pressure vessel inspections, improves WHS and lowers maintenance costs.

  • Lower maintenance costs
  • No compressor
  • No air separation [pressure] vessel

Benefits of surface-mounted wastewater pumps over unreliable submersible pumps

Visy Packaging was having chronic reliability issues with their submersible wastewater pumps until they looked at Gorman-Rupp self-priming wastewater pumps, which had been recently been successfully installed at the Pacific Fair shopping centre.

Paul Carter, Engineering Manager,  quickly saw the benefit of surface-mounted pumps and the maintenance and reliability benefits that they offered. The existing submersibles couldn’t pump against backpressure and wouldn’t allow the design to be changed.

“The Gorman Rupp units have allowed us to achieve that, and we now have no issues with our system”
