SludgeKat™ Hydraulic-Driven, Positive Displacement Sludge Pump
The Gorman-Rupp SludgeKat is a hydraulically driven sludge and slurry pump driven by a 30kW Kohler diesel engine. It has been built to tackle the toughest sludge and slurry applications, allowing for the easy passage of impurities and spherical solids up to 61mm diameter.
It is self-priming and can operate on suction lifts to 6.4m [S.G. 1.0 liquids], can produce flows to 14 litres per second and pressures to 118 metres.

- Wiper-seal and U-ring design for superior sealing
- Victaulic coupled joints for ease of cleaning and service
- Four independent anti-clog ball check valves for positive sealing
