The TASKMASTER TITAN is a high-capacity channel grinder designed for demanding wastewater and industrial applications where superior solids reduction and uninterrupted flow are critical. Full Cut Grinder
The TASKMASTER TITAN features a "full cut" design. Our TITAN cutters have over twice the cutting surface area. With more cutter, there's less wear so your cutters stay sharper longer. Because their a larger "nip" (distance between cutter centers) it can handle larger objects and has better solids feeding too!
Cutter Cartridge Technology
Instead of individual cutters and spacers, the Taskmaster is designed with Cutter Cartridge® technology, consisting of a one-piece cutter element for far greater strength, fewer components, and no stack loosening or stack re-tightening.
High Quality Control System
An s260 Control System monitors unit operation and automatically cycles the grinder in case of an overload condition. This industrial control panel is supplied complete with a NEMA 4X FRP enclosure and 100,000 hour life LED indicators
