TASKMASTER® TM1600 Inline
The TASKMASTER® TM1600 Inline sewage grinder uses a twin-shaft mechanism and cutter-spacer technology to continuously reduce solids within pressurized pipeline systems, protecting downstream pumps and equipment.
Two stacks of intermeshing cutters aggressively pull the solids in and finely reduce them. These grinders can be installed in gravity or pressurized, vertical or horizontal pipe systems, on the suction or discharge side of a pump. The TASKMASTER® TM1600 employs unique cutter-spacer combos. These cutting elements combine individual cutters and spacers into high strength elements for high strength and reduced overall components The cutter/spacers are available in a variety of profiles to match your exact application requirement. They are constructed of high strength alloy steel and then hardened and ground. They also available in hardened stainless steel.
