The Gorman-Rupp Super T Series self-priming centrifugal wastewater/sewage pump has been the world benchmark for this technology since 1963 (>50 years). They have been designed for economical, trouble-free operation, with superior solids handling capability and a large inspection cover to access pump internals for service or blockage removal. Super T Series pumps now have several variants that either improve solids handling or efficiency.

Gorman-Rupp engine driven pumps can be mounted into acoustically rated enclosures when pumps are operating close to noise sensitive areas, like residential premises. Super T Series, Ultra V Series and PAH Series pumps can all be mounted into these enclosures, and can be supplied as portable skid or trailer mounted, or supplied for fixed installations [like permanent emergency sewage bypass pumps].

Enclosures are rated 70dB(A) as standard, but can be built to accommodate lower ratings where necessary. They can also be fitted with trickle chargers or solar panels to keep batteries charged and ready for action.

Gorman-Rupp 10 Series pumps are suitable for a range of solids handling duties, including wastewater, effluent and blood at animal process plants to re-use water at concrete batch plants. They have been delivering excellent service to industry since 1946, with their large removable cover-plate and thick vaned impellers being popular with operators. They are also available in materials of construction [SS316 or CD4MCuN], making them suitable for brine or chemical pumping applications.

The Gorman-Rupp ES Auto-start above ground sewage pump station operates like a typical duplex pump station, with two electrically driven sewage pumps, operating in the “duty/standby” configuration. It has one major difference. A built-in combustion engine to drive one of the pumps in the station in the event of a power outage. It is a fully customizable, pre-engineered package that comes to site with only power and piping connection required.

The Gorman-Rupp PAH Series of prime assist (also known as dry prime or auto prime) centrifugal pumps are capable of delivering high heads and/or high flows for applications from wastewater bypassing to mine dewatering.

Field adjustable running clearances mean this pump can be kept at peak efficiency and left in the field for longer (instead of having a trip back to the workshop for a wear ring change).
