The Gorman-Rupp Super T Series pump with Eradicator™ Solids Management System are a series of self-priming centrifugal pumps designed specifically for handling municipal and industrial wastewater containing stringy, difficult-to-pump, solids in suspension (such as wet wipes, rags and feathers).

They have been designed for economical, trouble-free operation, with design features that deliver superior solids handling capability and a large inspection cover to access pump internals for service or blockage removal. Gorman-Rupp T Series and Super T Series self-priming centrifugal pumps have been successfully pumping municipal and industrial wastewater for over 5 decades. Over the past few years, with the introduction of wet-wipes and higher safety standards, the need for “choke-free” pumping has led to the development of pumps able to handle wipes, rags, rope, undigested hay and other stringy materials better.
Introducing the Eradicator Plus, for those extreme-duty applications where debris like trash bags, wipes, mop heads, rags, hair, industrial by-products, and agricultural wastes are present. Specifically engineered for cutting and tearing organic solids that enter the pump, the Eradicator Plus is Gorman-Rupp’s most aggressive solids-handling pump.
The Eradicator Plus is equipped with a continuous vane impeller in hardened iron, and an extra-thick G-R Hard Iron wearplate which is equipped with an oversized lacerating tooth that is designed to cut and shred organic solids before they enter the interior of the pump.

Ragazzini Peristaltic Pumps are the ideal design for pumping wine and wine products. The EDUR PBU multiphase pump is a single-stage peripheral centrifugal pump with the unique capability of being able to pump a liquid/gas mixture. The centrifugal pump is constructed of stainless steel, so may be used to handle a variety of liquids. Air, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide and Ozone gases can be introduced into the suction line and transported and used to mix or disperse the gases. This makes the pump ideal for DAF plants, where the multiphase pumps provide the task of air saturation without the use of compressed air (no compressor, air saturation tank or associated controls).

The EDUR LBU multiphase pump is a multi-stage centrifugal pump with the unique capability of being able to pump a liquid/gas mixture. The centrifugal pump is constructed of either C.I./ Bz/ SS, Nodular Cast Iron, All-Bronze, Stainless Steel, or Super-Duplex Stainless-Steel construction, so may be used to handle a variety of liquids.

Air, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide and Ozone gases can be introduced into the suction line and transported and used to mix or disperse the gases. This makes the pump ideal for DAF plants, where the multiphase pumps provide the task of air saturation without the use of compressed air (no compressor, air saturation tank or associated controls).

The EDUR Torque-Flow (FUB) range of centrifugal pumps have vortex impellers and are capable of handling spherical solids up to 80mm in diameter. They are close-coupled and available with casings of Cast Iron, Ductile Iron or Gunmetal Bronze, impellers of Ductile Iron, Gunmetal Bronze or Stainless Steel, with Stainless Steel shafts (in 2 grades). Gorman-Rupp 10 Series pumps are suitable for a range of solids handling duties, including wastewater, effluent and blood at animal process plants to re-use water at concrete batch plants. Designing pumps since 1927, EDUR Pumpenfabrik has developed a range of pumps for use in refrigeration systems. They have been designed to provide a maximum level of safety, reliability and efficiency. They are the safe option because they use standard TEFC motors, which don’t need to be cooled using the pumped media. They are efficient because they use magnetic couplings. EDUR self-priming centrifugal pumps can operate on suction lifts to 7.5 metres and can deliver pressures to 165m. They are able to transfer mildly contaminated water, cooling water, emulsions, oils, and fuels such as kerosine, petrol and diesel.

EDUR self-priming pumps use an integrated jet pump to provide a fast priming function, and they can be supplied as close or long-coupled configurations.

The JS Lamella pump from JS Poputec is used for transporting solid materials such as pre-broken bone and offal at abattoirs and other meat processing plants.

The bone and offal pump is used instead of more conventional methods such as screw conveyors, compressed air “blow-tank” systems and manual systems (bins and fork lifts).
