The stainless steel model no. SF100 pump has been in operation for over 30 years and is still running perfectly.
Our Regional Manager for SA/WA/NT, Heath McAvaney, was visiting the Frankland River Winery region in WA last week. Heath came across this Ragazzini pump model no. SF100 at a medium sized family winery.
The wine maker loves his Ragazzini pump, as it is perfectly suited to the wine making process, which requires a gentleness. Yet, the pump is incredibly robust which has meant he’s had to spend almost nothing on maintenance in the decade since he’s had the pump.
The winemaker has only had to replace one hose in more than a decade and all they’ve done in that period is grease the hose when required.
