Training
Since 2008, Hydro Innovations has been cultivating an extensive range of product knowledge and experience pumping of sewage and industrial wastewater. Now, with the Hydro Innovations Pump Institute with a fully functioning complete sewage pumping station, we are able to pass some of the expertise on to you in a truly impressive way.
Attendees are trained in the selection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of centrifugal pumps. The centre will focus most attention on self-priming pumps, but aspects of the curricula offered include standard centrifugal pumps and submersible pumps, and covers safety issues associated with operating pumps in Australia.

Spare Parts and Service
Hydro Innovations operate a fully equipped service workshop to offer a full repair service on any sewage pump brand we stock. In fact, 97% of spare parts orders are shipped within 24 hours.
We have the latest technology and experienced Engineer and Fitters on-site to ensure your pump is repaired to the highest standards.
We also carry a vast range of genuine spare parts for all our brands, which enables us to repair your pump quickly and have the pump returned to you and back in service for your use.
We carry huge stocks of spare parts of all Gorman Rupp pumps in Australia, so that our customers receive the best service in the industry. For any unusual Gorman Rupp pump parts which we may not have in stock, we place weekly air freight orders.
All of our metal parts are coated in lanolin grease and sealed in protective plastic wrap to ensure Gorman-Rupp metal parts are in perfect condition when they reach our customers.
When repairing a Gorman Rupp pump it is always best to use genuine Gorman-Rupp parts. Only Gorman-Rupp knows the +/- tolerances of each and every part and the exact material specification each part needs to be constructed from, to deliver the maximum possible service life. Not having a part that is exactly right could not only affect the life of that part, but could affect the life of other parts within the self-priming pump, and also affect the overall efficiency. Only genuine Gorman-Rupp OEM parts can guarantee that your part will fit perfectly, and reliably deliver the life and efficiency Gorman Rupp pump owners deserve.

The EDUR PBU multiphase pump is a single-stage peripheral centrifugal pump with the unique capability of being able to pump a liquid/gas mixture. The centrifugal pump is constructed of stainless steel, so may be used to handle a variety of liquids. Air, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide and Ozone gases can be introduced into the suction line and transported and used to mix or disperse the gases. This makes the pump ideal for DAF plants, where the multiphase pumps provide the task of air saturation without the use of compressed air (no compressor, air saturation tank or associated controls).
Advantages include:
- Liquid flows to 1 l/s
- Gas content up to 15%
- Stainless steel construction
- Completely replace the “old” DAF system with a single pump

Special Features and Pump Benefits
What’s the coolest aspect about the features and pump benefits? What pain point do these address?

Solids-Handling Impeller
The heavy-duty balanced, two-vane, semi-open ductile iron impellers provide maximum life. Pump-out vanes on the back shroud reduce foreign material build-up behind the impeller, minimising pressure on the seal and maximising bearing life.

Patented Cartridge Seal
Gorman-Rupp’s double floating, self aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical seal is specifically designed for abrasive and/or trash handling applications. The silicon carbide faces and extra large seal oil chamber provide superior dry-run capability. The patented cartridge design also allows for accurate and easy installation.

Removable Rotating Assembly
Gorman-Rupp Super T series wastewater pumps are designed with a removable rotating element. This assembly can be removed and replaced in minutes without disconnecting piping or disturbing motor alignment.

Removable Cover Plate
All Super T series pumps have a large removable cover plate for accessing pump internals for the quick removal of blockages. Check valves, impellers and wear plates can also be replaced through this cover.
