Lampo Emergency Response Unit

The Lampo Emergency Response Unit is a portable “all-in-one” unit designed to get multiple pieces of emergency equipment to site as quickly as possible. The “Lampo” unit includes a diesel driven generator with its own VFD to enable it to regulate the speed of the equipment it is powering. It also includes a 6-metre high lighting tower, a small compressor, and an electrically driven Gorman-Rupp pump. All of this equipment is neatly organised onto a heavy-duty galvanised trailer, so that one driver can get the equipment to site in one trip. Units are equipped with their own suction and delivery lines for the pump, and a tool box for ancillaries.

The included Gorman-Rupp pump can operate on suction lifts to 7.6 metres and can pass large solids if these are present in the water to be pumped. Units are available in 16kVA size through to 100kVA generators, with pumps from 3” size through to 8” size, capable of flows in excess of 100 litres per second.

Portable Trash Pumps

Gorman-Rupp portable utility pumps are small petrol and diesel engine driven units in 2”, 3” and 4” sizes. They are the quickest pumps to prime in their class, and solids handling pumps produce the highest pressure in their class.

These versatile units are supplied in roll frames, so they can be tossed in the ute or truck and easily transported to site. These compact trash pumps can handle solids to 51mm in diameter and come with an easily removable cover-plate to allow operators to access pump internals without needing to remove the suction line.

Pump “wet-ends” are fully cast, not just shells with an inner volute, so they are built for tough work-loads.

With a maximum flow of 155 litres per minute, and a pressure rating to 7m, these versatile pumps are ideal for pumping out below-ground communications pits, small ditches, or any small body of water where mains power is not available or the use of [noisy] engine driven equipment is not ideal.

Pumps can be supplied with optional hose kits and or lockable carry-cases.

HO Series Hand Pumps
