Ragazzini Rotho Model MS0
The Ragazzini Rotho MS0 is a positive displacement peristaltic [hose] pump with a “roller on bearings” design so that the pump housing does not need to be filled with lubrication fluid. The pump is self priming, seal-less, can run dry without damage, and apart from the flanges, only one part comes in contact with the pumped fluid.

Gorman-Rupp V6A60-B Self Priming Wastewater Pump
The V6A60-B is the largest in the Gorman-Rupp range of Ultra V Series wastewater pumps. They are suitable as industrial wastewater pumps or for use in municipal applications as sewage pumps at sewage pumping stations or at the sewage treatment plant as RAS, WAS or raw sewage or raw sludge pumps.

Gorman-Rupp V4A60-B Self Priming Wastewater Pump
The V4A60-B is another in the Gorman-Rupp range of Ultra V Series wastewater pumps. They are suitable for industrial wastewater pumping or for municipal sewage pumping applications. Ultra V Series pumps boast some of the lowest lifecycle costs in the industry.

Gorman-Rupp T3A3S-B Self Priming Wastewater Pump
Gorman-Rupp’s T3A3S-B is the smallest of their “Super T Series” range of self-priming, solids handling trash pumps. They are ideal as industrial wastewater pumps or as sewage pumps in sewage pump stations or at the sewage treatment plant. This pump’s excellent NPSHr characteristics and re-priming capability make it the ideal choice for continuous unattended automatic operation. The ability to re-prime for a “self-priming” pump is paramount for unattended operation.

Gorman-Rupp V3A60-B Self Priming Wastewater Pumps
The V3A60-B is the smallest pump in the Gorman-Rupp range of Ultra V Series wastewater pumps, with exactly the same external dimensions as Gorman-Rupp’s V3B60-B. The only difference between them is that the V3A sacrifices a small amount of solids handling [63.5mm spherical solids in lieu of the V3B’s 76mm],…

Gorman-Rupp T2C60S-B Self Priming Wastewater Pump
Gorman-Rupp’s T2A3-B is the smallest of their “T Series” range of wastewater pumps. They are also suitable as raw sewage pumps because of their solids handling capacity, their excellent NPSHr characteristics and their re-priming capability. They are available in various materials of construction,…

Use a Standby Pump – Not a Generator
Cairns Regional Council improves redundancy of its wastewater system by partnering with Hydro Innovations
One of the constant challenges of maintaining wastewater systems in cyclone prone areas is ensuring that your equipment is always operational in the face of adverse conditions so that public health and environmental disasters are averted. As part of this requirement, Grahame Dunstan, Co-ordinator for Wastewater Services for Cairns Regional Council

New Solids Management System for Gorman-Rupp Self Priming Wastewater Pumps
Gorman-Rupp has released the most advanced system for pumping industrial wastewater and sewage. The ERADICATOR ™ Solids management System technology is ideal for the new challenges for solids handling pumps, including stringy solids like wet wipes which are increasingly present in sewage, as well as the likes of feathers in poultry process.

Edur DAF Pump Saves Capital Cost, Energy and Maintenance Costs
A single Multiphase “DAF Pump” is capable of replacing the entire air bubble system on DAF (Dissolved Air Floatation) plants, using EDUR Multiphase pumps supplied by Hydro Innovations. Their Edur® “Multiphase” pumps draw in air through a “snorkel” in the suction line, sheer the air, then feed it into the DAF plant. This produces a discharge stream into the tank that is saturated with 30 to 50 micron air bubbles.

Struvite Pump Choking Problems Solved at STP
The operators at the Somers STP, on the eastern outskirts of Melbourne, were having maintenance issues with their pumps, caused by struvite build-up in them. It would take struvite as little as 30 days to build up enough to trigger maintenance events.
Struvite is magnesium ammonium phosphate [MgNH4PO4. 6H2O]. It is white, yellowish white or brownish in colour and is very insoluble in water. Anaerobic sludge digestion releases ammonium, magnesium and phosphate, which can form struvite in digesters and downstream dewatering facilities.

Efficient and Cost Effective Wastewater Pumping From Gorman-Rupp
A good wastewater pump is hardly noticed in a plant. Fitters and operators can get on with general plant improvements, improved efficiency measures, safety improvements etc.
Owners of Gorman-Rupp pumps can get on with other things because Gorman-Rupp wastewater pumps have been engineered to do the job, are ruggedly constructed and built to last. They require less maintenance than other wastewater pumps and are easily kept at their best efficiency point (BEP).

12V Submersible Pump is Ideal for Remote Dirty Water Pumping
A 12V Submersible pump is the perfect companion for work crews operating in locations without power. This Gorman-Rupp utility pump, called the SE0.5B3-E.33 12V, is available from Authorised Australian distributor, Hydro Innovations, and can provide flow rates to 150 litres per minute and heads to 7m.
